There are no good and bad foods. There is you, your goal and your lifestyle. Including each product in your diet should be aligned specifically with your lifestyle. How much to include and in what quantity: maybe daily, maybe once a week, maybe 2 times a month, maybe 0 times a month/year.
The principles of my work are
- Introduce new foods, expand your diet, not reduce it. A varied diet is the key to getting all the nutrients you need from your diet. A poor diet is the cause of lack of strength and disease, due to lack of macro and micronutrients;
- 2. I am in favor of eating a lot, tasty and nourishing food, cooking simple meals and using available products from the supermarket;
- I’m in favor of making meals out of mono-foods (whose composition can be described in one word) in the diet. For example: poultry, fish, meat, eggs, grains, vegetables;
- Reducing simple refined sugars is the way to health;
- Simple and fast dishes that don’t take much time, that are easy and fun to make!
- A balanced diet throughout life is the best strategy for health, beauty, and longevity! Healthy eating is a lifestyle!
- There are no forbidden foods, no bad foods and good foods. There are multiples of using a given product in your diet, based on the specific composition of the product, its nutritional value (the presence of essential elements in its composition), your physical activity, lifestyle, health/fitness goals, and so on.
- When formulating a healthy diet, it is important to understand the cause-and-effect relationships between the components of the diet: understand how each component affects well-being, satiety, energy, how best to combine the nutrients, in which combinations absorption will be better, in which combinations will have the best antioxidant and vitamin activity. How the product is processed and how that affects its nutritional value.
